This is a unique door striker step designed for vehicles with a door striker. It slides over the striker with the stepping platform centered underneath the pin to provide a stable balance point.
How it works. Slide the Strikerstep over the door striker, push straight down to seat the head of the striker into the step. Reverse to remove.
Chevy Fullsize: compatible with Dorman 38420 part number strikers. Fits Astro Van, Pickup trucks and most fullsize Chevy vehicles from 1971 to 1991. Please check your vehicle before ordering.
Ford Fullsize: compatible with Dorman 38421 part number strikers. Fits F150, E150, Bronco and most fullsize ford vehicles from 1980 - 1996 Please check your vehicle before ordering.

I won't miss getting a ladder to reach the roof of my vehicle
This is the handiest little gadget for reaching your front roof racks. Place on the front door jam pin, (either side) put one foot on the step, and hoist yourself up. It helps keep you balanced when fastening straps to secure the load.
My husband and I have used it several times on our 1997 Chevy Astro van since we got it about a week ago. It looks and feels well made and of good quality. We plan to purchase another one so we have one for each door.
