3. Processing times — In-stock parts: 1–3 business days. Made to order: Porsche 914 ECU kits are built to order — 4–6 weeks from order to ship (you'll be notified by email if there are delays, and sooner if possible). Custom 3D prints: quoted lead time per project.

4. Carriers — Canada Post / UPS / FedEx / Purolator

5. Tracking — tracking number emailed when your order ships.

6. International duties & taxes — for international orders, import duties/taxes are the buyer's responsibility, charged by customs/carrier at delivery depending on your country.

7. Lost or damaged parcels — contact me within 14 days of the last tracking update with your order number + tracking number (and photos if damaged). I'll work with the carrier; printed parts get reprinted, purchased parts get replaced or refunded.
